Nosh is succulent rotisserie, braises slow cooked with care and crisp, delicious salads. Nosh is DINE-IN and take-out finally done right. Nosh never refers to itself in the third person. That’s arrogant. So we’ll stop now.  We’re just a bunch of people like you with an inherent passion for good food and quality ingredients. Visit us a few times and we’ll soon be on a first name basis. But we’ll never give you “the usual”. That's because there is no usual here. Every meal is exciting, exceptional and goes against the norm. Just like the people who dine here.

About

Nosh is a family business, conceived and executed by mother and son team Sandra and Tony Scott. Tony and I had worked together previously in an entirely different business and knew we made a great team and always had a lot of fun. But as first time restaurant owners, we knew we had to surround ourselves with people knowledgeable about the food industry, and so we did. Chef John Ly is a man of many talents and the perfect choice as our creative visionary. We love John, he brings a strong work ethic and a sense of fun to work every morning. GM Suzanne Goligher is a long time food aficionado and our rock. Suzanne was part of the Noodle Box organization from the start and she brings both skill and knowledge to our team. She loves people and is the perfect person to run the front of the house. Our Sous-Chef, Sebastian Mensen, is a Kiwi who has adopted Canada and is the perfect foil for John. Aussie Hollie Fraser is our not so cookie-cutter pastry chef and part time roller derby star. With a crew such as this, how could we not produce food unlike any other. Thanks guys!
